The therapeutic relationship is solely between the User and the Provider.
Important: CurrantMind is not a crisis hotline or an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or any situation requiring immediate intervention, please call 911 (or your local emergency number), go to the nearest emergency room, or contact a crisis hotline immediately.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create an account with CurrantMind, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify CurrantMind immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Users understand that CurrantMind does not assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any Provider, nor does it guarantee the outcome of any therapeutic engagement. While CurrantMind vets its Providers to ensure they are licensed and qualified, it is the User's responsibility to verify the Provider's credentials and suitability for their specific needs.
6. Payments & Billing
Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their use of the Services, including subscription fees, session fees, and any applicable taxes. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize CurrantMind (or its third-party processor) to charge your designated payment method for all incurred fees.
CurrantMind offers various payment models, which may include pay-per-session, subscription plans, or package deals. You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Services ("User Content").
